One year in payroll and you already know what goes wrong when the process is not tight. Attendance figures that do not reconcile. Disbursement that runs late. Records that cannot survive a basic audit. You have seen at least one of those problems up close. This role exists so none of them happen here.

ABS International has processed payroll on the same date every month since 2012. Fourteen years. No exceptions. The person who joins this team in March is the reason that record continues — and the salary reflects that responsibility directly.

One seat. Night shift from day one.

What you will own

Monthly payroll end-to-end — attendance collection, reconciliation, deduction calculation, final disbursement. You catch the discrepancy before it hits the bank. Employee files maintained in physical and digital format, clean enough for an audit at any point without preparation. Onboarding from offer letter through signed contract. When a team member has a question about their record or their salary, you are the person with the answer.

There is no senior HR function to escalate to. You are the function.

What you need

One year of payroll or HR experience in an office environment. MS Excel used daily — specifically attendance tracking and salary calculation, not just basic data entry. The discretion to handle confidential salary records without that information traveling. Night shift, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, on-site in Gulistan-e-Johar.

What you earn

PKR 55,000–60,000 fixed base. Paid on time — the same date, every month, since 2012. Clean operation, same management team for fourteen years, annual increment.
