We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer with proven experience in the GCC region (Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA, UAE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes while ensuring full compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws, WPS requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Manage employee records, salary adjustments, deductions, overtime, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll data.
  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of payroll information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of payroll experience within the GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and payroll compliance in Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, KSA and UAE.
  • Proficient in payroll systems and MS Excel.
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Navision is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
