Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and process monthly payroll for permanent, contractual, and daily wage employees.
· Calculate salaries, overtime, night shifts, bonuses, and allowances.
· Ensure accurate deductions for income tax, EOBI, social security, loans, advances, and penalties.
· Enter new joiners' file in ERP sytem.
· Maintain payroll records and employee compensation data.
· Coordinate with departments to collect attendance, shift schedules, and overtime data.
· Validate biometric, manual, or ERP-based attendance records.
· Resolve discrepancies related to absenteeism, late arrivals, and overtime claims.
· Ensure compliance with Labor laws and statutory requirements (EOBI, Social Security, Income Tax).
· Prepare and submit statutory returns, challans, and payroll reports within deadlines.
· Coordinate with auditors and government departments during inspections and audits.
· Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, overtime, and tax.
· Provide payroll-related letters, salary slips, and certificates upon request.
· Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
· Prepare payroll summaries, cost analysis, and headcount reports.
· Reconcile payroll with general ledger and bank statements.
· Assist in monthly and annual payroll audits.
· Maintain and update payroll systems or ERP modules.
· Support implementation of payroll automation and process improvements.
· Ensure data accuracy during employee onboarding, promotions, and separations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs10.00 - Rs20.00 per month
