Payroll & Operations Specialist

We are currently looking for a Payroll & Operations Specialist to join our HR & Operations team and support our growing organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation
• Support HR operations processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
• Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Operations
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Good understanding of HR systems and payroll processes (ATS/HRIS is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a plus.
