Payroll Specialist

🚨 We’re Hiring: Payroll & Timesheet Specialist 🚨

📍 Location: UAE

👥 Manage payroll & timesheets for 500+ employees

🗂️ Handle leave tracking, ERP updates & compliance

🌍 Must have 2+ years UAE experience

🗣️ Bilingual (Arabic + English) required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee timesheet collection and leave tracking for multiple clients.
  • Send timely reminders and follow-ups to ensure on-time submissions.
  • Validate timesheets for accuracy, including leave records and approvals.
  • Maintain and update leave data in the ERP system.
  • Keep accurate records of timesheets, leave applications, and employee data.
  • Report timesheet defaulters to the Team Leader/Manager.
  • Support the accounting team with timely delivery of validated data.
  • Ensure compliance by following SOPs and using ERP/software tools for efficient data management.
  • Manage payroll operations for 500+ employees .
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Requirements – What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll, timesheet, or HR operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE market .
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic + English) – must have strong written and verbal communication.
