Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain employee records in payroll and government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).
  • Manage deductions, allowances, overtime, and financial adjustments.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and internal HR policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding employee financial updates.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Resources , or related field.
  • Minimum 3 year experience in payroll processing.
  • Familiarity with Mudad , GOSI , and Saudi Labour Law.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
