SCOPE OF ROLE:

Responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll and employee compensation functions across all outlets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness with local labor laws and company policies.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle full payroll processing for all employees, including lounges and back-office staff.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law and GOSI, Income Tax (if applicable), and other statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records, salaries, allowances, overtime, and deductions in the HR/payroll system.
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports for management, Finance, and HR.
  • Verify timesheets, attendance, and leave records in coordination with outlet managers.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, and government authorities (e.g., GOSI, MHRSD, Qiwa, Muqeem) as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and employee data.
  • Support HR and Finance teams with budget planning and cost reporting.
  • Continuously review and improve payroll processes for compliance and efficiency.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, WPS, and GOSI procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
