Job Summary: The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all payroll activities accurately and on time. This role ensures compliance with company policies, labor laws, and financial regulations while maintaining confidentiality and efficiency in all payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll and ensure accuracy of employee payments, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain and update payroll records and employee data in the HR system.
• Verify attendance, working hours, and leave balances before payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with the finance department for payment disbursement.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding salaries, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal payroll policies.
• Support audits and provide necessary payroll documentation when required.
• Contribute to improving payroll procedures and system efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR software.
• Familiarity with labor laws, GOSI, and related regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
