Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. This role is ideal for candidates starting their payroll career and looking to grow within a structured and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


* Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions)

* Maintain and update employee payroll records

* Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws

* Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll-related data

* Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Assist in social insurance and tax-related documentation

* Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times


Qualifications & Requirements:


* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

* 0–5 years of experience in payroll or HR operations

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Basic understanding of labor law and payroll practices is a plus

* Strong communication skills in English
