Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-site employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Review and validate timesheets, PTO, bonuses, and adjustments prior to payroll submission.

Ensure proper calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions in compliance with federal and state laws.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Manage payroll tax filings, wage garnishments, and deductions.

Prepare and distribute W-2s and other required payroll reports.

Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained.

Serve as a point of contact for payroll-related questions and issues.

Resolve discrepancies and provide timely support to employees and managers.

Educate employees on payroll policies, deductions, and timekeeping processes.

Maintain and update employee payroll data in HRIS/payroll systems.

Partner with HR and Finance to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency.

Monitor timekeeping systems for accuracy and compliance.

Work closely with managers to ensure timely submission and approval of hours.

Track and manage PTO accruals and usage.

2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-site environment.

Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Experience with payroll systems/HRIS (e.g., ADP, Paychex, UKG, or similar).

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience in healthcare or high-volume workforce environments.

Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification is a plus.
