Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist for a full-time, on-site role in Alexandria, Egypt. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for accurately processing employee payroll, managing garnishments, handling payroll taxes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role includes maintaining payroll records, addressing employee payroll inquiries, and collaborating with the finance and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll services. This position plays a critical role in supporting employee satisfaction and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Payroll Services and handling Garnishments
  • Understanding of Payroll Taxes and applicable compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in payroll software and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Full Knowlegde in the egyptian labor law
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
