We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Payroll Specialist
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and payroll regulations.

Maintain payroll records, employee data, and salary adjustments.

Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll transactions.

Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.

Manage leave, overtime, deductions, and end-of-service calculations.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience, with using Oracle Payroll.

Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.

Strong knowledge of payroll processes, calculations, and compliance.
-
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
