The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, including knowledge of prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements for public works projects.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Enter and Process weekly payroll accurately and on time</li><li>Make Payroll Tax Deposits</li><li>Pay Garnishments</li><li>Manage prevailing wage calculations and compliance requirements</li><li>Prepare and submit certified payroll reports</li><li>Maintain employee personnel files</li><li>Benefit enrollments</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in payroll management</li><li>Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Sage Accounting</li><li>Knowledge of tax regulations and benefits administration procedures</li><li>Minimum 2 years relative experience</li></ul>Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
