JOB PURPOSE:The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and executing all payroll-related activities across all entities within the organization. This includes the end-to-end monthly payroll process, reimbursements, ad-hoc payments, and final settlements. The role also ensures accurate payroll costing, reconciliation of payroll balances and provisions, and full compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMin: 5+ years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations.
FIELD OF EXPERIENCEExperience in payroll processing within multi-entity organization
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
