Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Business Development & Sales:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
- Generate inquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a database of builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- 2. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client presentations.
- Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and pricing structures.
- Prepare marketing materials, brochures, digital campaigns, and case studies.
- 3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
- Address customer feedback and coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- 4. Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal and project execution.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, sales progress, and market updates.
- Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data accurately.
- 5. Branding & Communication:
- Enhance the brand presence of the PEB division through online and offline marketing.
- Manage digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Ensure consistency in corporate branding and messaging.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
