PEB marketing manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Business Development & Sales:
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Generate inquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a database of builders, architects, consultants, and contractors.
  • 2. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and client presentations.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and pricing structures.
  • Prepare marketing materials, brochures, digital campaigns, and case studies.
  • 3. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Address customer feedback and coordinate with design, estimation, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • 4. Coordination & Reporting:
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposal and project execution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on leads, sales progress, and market updates.
  • Maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data accurately.
  • 5. Branding & Communication:
  • Enhance the brand presence of the PEB division through online and offline marketing.
  • Manage digital marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure consistency in corporate branding and messaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
