Job Title: Pedagogy & Learning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Pedagogy & Learning Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of improving teaching quality and student learning outcomes by designing, implementing, and refining pedagogy-based approaches and innovative teaching methods. You will work closely with teachers, academic coordinators, and the leadership team to create impactful, engaging, and future-ready learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead ANGLE’s new initiative to enhance teaching practices and student performance.

2. Research, develop, and implement pedagogy-driven teaching strategies tailored to individual learner needs.

3. Design and deliver teacher training programs, including instructional materials and workshops.

4. Collect feedback from teachers and academic coordinators to continuously refine methodologies.

5. Integrate and train staff on new teaching tools and educational technologies.

6. Be ready to constantly adapt and experiment with new strategies to improve teaching and learning.

7. Conduct regular quality checks to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented teaching methods and tools.

8. Support educational content development and curriculum enhancement.

9. Apply data-driven insights to improve lesson planning, delivery, and engagement.

10. Maintain thorough documentation and prepare reports on processes, outcomes, and improvements.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of online teaching experience.

2. B.Ed/M.Ed in Mathematics or Science subjects.

3. Strong understanding of pedagogy principles and learner-centered design.

4. Familiarity with current and emerging educational technologies.

5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

6. Passion for education, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

7. Experience in educational research or content development is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
