University Health is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to be part of our elite Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team. You'll deliver life-saving respiratory care to critically ill infants and children across South Texas by air and ground.

Work side-by-side with nurses and physicians on a highly trained transport unit—ready for anything, 24/7.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RRT credential by the NBRC.

• Active Texas RCP license.

• Minimum 2 years of recent pediatric critical care experience required.

• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

• NRP (provider or instructor) required within 3 months.

• National certification preferred at hire or within 6 months (e.g., National Pediatric Specialist).

• Completion of trauma training within 6 months (TNCC or TPATC).
