Position Summary

The Pelletizing (Prill) Operator is responsible for operating the prilling equipment, accurately adding hydrolysis agents, maintaining equipment cleanliness, and ensuring safe and efficient pellet formation. The role supports stable product quality by following strict operating procedures and maintaining accurate records.'

Main Responsibilities

• Add hydrolysis agents accurately according to process requirements.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of prilling equipment (e.g., mixed-alkali screw).
• Ensure auxiliary material bags are clean and handled properly to prevent contamination and raw material waste.
• Wear all required PPE during operation to prevent burns and safety risks.
• Maintain accurate operation records and perform proper shift handover.
• Complete other tasks assigned by workshop leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above
• Completed safety training, operational skills training, and factory rules training
• Ability to operate workshop equipment in accordance with procedures
• Strong safety awareness and strict adherence to safety protocols
• High level of discipline, responsibility, and operational compliance
• Careful, precise, and attentive to detail during all tasks
• Reliable, professional, and consistent in following procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with team members

Language Requirement

English Level: A2 (Basic Operational English)

• Ability to understand and use everyday expressions related to work tasks.
• Ability to communicate operational issues using simple words and phrases.
• Ability to read basic work instructions with the support of diagrams or visual aids.

Other Information

Work Environment: Indoor/Outdoor production areas

Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (3/2 system)
