Key Responsibilities

Support the Recruitment Process:

Assist in sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews

Communicate with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience

Assist in Organizational Development (OD) initiatives:

Support training programs and internal development activities

Help in preparing materials and tracking progress

Contribute to Performance Appraisal processes:

Assist in collecting and organizing evaluation data

Support HR team in follow-ups and documentation

Drive Employee Engagement activities:

Help organize events, initiatives, and internal campaigns
-
Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements

Provide general HR administrative support as needed
Requirements

Undergraduate or fresh graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
