People and Culture Senior Associate

What you'll be doing:

In partnership with the People & Culture Director, you will:

  • Coordinate cultural initiatives and internal rituals (such as gatherings, retreats, onboarding moments).
  • Support performance and development processes, including clarity around role expectations and growth pathways.
  • Support managers in applying performance processes consistently and fairly.
  • Run engagement surveys and help translate insights into tangible actions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and key employee lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate people data and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
  • Ensure smooth administration of People processes, data accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Continuously improve workflows, leveraging automation and AI-assisted tools where relevant.
About you

You bring 5-8 years of experience in People & Culture in consulting, agency or related fields.

You are based in Dubai and have a solid understanding of regional employment practices.

You're comfortable working in multicultural, fast-paced and evolving environments where both people and systems matter.

You're curious about how automation and AI can make People processes lighter.

You're comfortable engaging with different stakeholders across the organization, including having direct and constructive conversations when needed. You tend to be proactive, notice gaps early, and approach situations with a practical, problem-solving mindset.
