People & Culture Coordinator

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this pivotal role, you'll work under the guidance of the People & Culture leadership to ensure seamless HR administration, maintain accurate employee records, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As the main point of contact for employee queries and HR matters, you'll be instrumental in supporting our managers and embedding our organizational values across the team. Your collaborative approach and empathetic nature will help create an environment where employees feel empowered, supported, and valued.


  • Maintain and oversee accurate, up-to-date personnel files and HRIS records for all employees, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labor law and organizational standards
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, contracts, and workplace matters, providing clear and supportive guidance
  • Support managers with employee relations cases, performance management processes, and disciplinary matters, offering strategic advice and documentation
  • Ensure employment contracts and internal documentation are prepared, distributed, and signed in a timely manner, maintaining organized records
  • Partner with managers to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that reinforce company culture and promote a fair, safe, and inclusive workplace
  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to support training programs and professional development opportunities for staff
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by positioning the organization as an employer of choice and building a talent pipeline for succession planning
