People & Culture Executive

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
• Assist in performance management and HR process optimization
• Coordinate onboarding and employee experience programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR / People & Culture / HR Operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR processes and employee engagement
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Experience in IT/SaaS industry is a plus
