Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compensation
- Process monthly payroll, including salaries, incentives, and deductions
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data and calculations
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliation
Employee Records Management
- Maintain and update personal files and HR database for new and existing employees
- Ensure proper documentation including contracts, CNIC, academic records, and other HR documents
- Keep records updated in HRIS/Excel systems
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding documentation for new joiners
- Prepare and process Full & Final Settlements for exiting employees
- Maintain records of resignations, terminations, and employee movements
Recruitment Coordination
- Assist HR Manager in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintain candidate database and interview records
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR activities and employee queries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in HR reporting and documentation
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 1 years of relevant experience in HR operations
- Experience in payroll processing will be preferred
Skills Required
- Strong command of MS Excel
- Good understanding of payroll and HR operations
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
