The People & Culture PMO will lead the coordination, governance, and performance tracking of a diverse portfolio of HR transformation projects at Group level.


This is a pure PMO role , with a primary focus on portfolio and program management, project delivery methodology, and stakeholder engagement — within the context of People & Culture.


Reporting to the Senior Director – Talent Intelligence & Agility, the role will manage over 20 active projects globally, ensuring structured delivery, cross-functional alignment, and measurable value creation. Projects include SAP SuccessFactors implementation, culture and engagement programs, HR efficiency and process improvement, and annual HR cycle delivery. The PMO will embed structured project management practices, provide coaching in Agile and mission-based teaming, and ensure transparent progress, risk, and benefits reporting across all HR workstreams.


Key Responsibilities

1. Portfolio & Program Management

  • Drive Group-level portfolio planning, tracking, and governance for all People & Culture transformation projects.
  • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes for over 20 concurrent projects across HR subfunctions and regions.
  • Partner with project owners to ensure timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and value realization.

2. Project Management Tools & Practices

  • Implement and standardize project management tools, templates, and dashboards for the People & Culture function.
  • Train and coach HR leaders and project teams in delivery methodologies including Agile, Kanban, and hybrid models.
  • Build a culture of mission-based teaming, empowering global stakeholders to drive accountability and delivery velocity.

3. Transformation Enablement & Communication

  • Facilitate alignment sessions, working groups, and project reviews to ensure transparent communication and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Develop clear reporting to senior HR leadership and executive stakeholders on project health, milestone tracking, and issue escalation.
  • Support the Senior Director – Talent Intelligence & Agility in strategic planning and prioritisation of the transformation agenda.


Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, or related discipline.


Experience:

  • 8–10 years in project or program management roles, ideally in transformation or corporate function environments.
  • Leading multi-project portfolios with global stakeholders
  • Implementing Agile and structured project management practices
  • Managing HR-related initiatives such as digital platforms, engagement, or process redesign
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing without authority
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors project delivery is highly desirable.
