Position SummaryThe People Metrics & Systems Analyst will play a key role in advancing People Analytics at Property Finder by delivering actionable insights, designing impactful dashboards, and enhancing reporting capabilities to support workforce planning, talent management, and the broader people strategy. In addition, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing Property Finder s HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency, while providing leadership with the insights needed to drive strategic, data-informed decision-making.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics plan, leveraging HR data to drive actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, enabling the delivery of strategic recommendations to enhance HR processes, policies, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and provide them with customised dashboards and analytics tools that optimise their recruitment strategies.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly updating stakeholders on HR analytics insights.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support various HR initiatives, including workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

People Systems:

  • Take ownership of the configuration, maintenance, and administration of all People Systems in Property Finder, ensuring their smooth operation and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements, streamlining workflows, and enhancing reporting capabilities to support the organization's evolving needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to HR systems, bringing forward innovative ideas and recommending enhancements to maximize system effectiveness.

Compliance and Data Security:

  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant data protection and privacy regulations, maintaining compliance of People Systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry standards pertaining to HR data management and security, implementing necessary measures to safeguard sensitive information.
