About Inograft Biotherapeutics
Inograft Bio is a preclinical-stage biotechnology company pioneering best-in-class, non-genotoxic bone marrow conditioning regimens for bone marrow transplantation. Founded in 2022 by leading scientists from Stanford University School of Medicine and Forty Seven Inc. (acquired by Gilead for $4.9B), we are driven by the belief that transformative stem cell therapies can address some of the most urgent unmet medical needs.
At Inograft, we embrace the unknown. We’re solving bold, high-stakes scientific problems that demand courage, creativity, focused execution, and the agility to adapt as we learn. We believe breakthroughs come not just from intellectual brilliance—but from doing hard things together, with purpose.
Culture & Values
We foster a culture of trust, respect, and shared accountability. Every team member has a voice, and every voice matters. We operate with a startup mindset—curious, humble, adaptable, and committed to building what’s next in stem cell therapies.
We thrive in ambiguity, operate with scientific integrity, and work collaboratively to tackle complex challenges that matter.
