People Operations Specialist

Job Summary:


We are seeking a People Operations Specialist to support and enhance the employee experience through efficient HR operations and people-focused processes.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building smooth and effective people processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and system data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leaves, employee changes, deductions, and required monthly inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law requirements, and internal HR procedures.
  • Support HR audits and maintain organized documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide timely operational support.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth joining experience.
  • Help improve HR processes, employee workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data integrity and process accuracy.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel, or People Operations.
  • Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Familiarity with attendance, leaves, and employee records management.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or multinational environment.
  • Experience with HRIS or people systems.
  • HR certification is a plus.
