Key Responsibilities

* Drive and manage all people-related processes for frontline employees across multiple store locations.
* Partner closely with store management to ensure adequate staffing through efficient workforce planning and coordination with the recruitment team.
* Monitor and assess employee performance, attendance, and retention trends; implement improvement initiatives as required.
* Support and advise store leadership teams on employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
* Oversee and ensure consistency in onboarding, induction, and frontline training programs.
* Implement and track core P&O processes including performance appraisals, probation reviews, and development planning.
* Support the rollout of organizational changes such as restructures, new business models, or process optimizations.
* Promote and facilitate frontline engagement and recognition initiatives to boost motivation and morale.
* Guide line managers in developing their leadership and people management capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and statutory labor requirements.
* Maintain data accuracy and prepare reports on workforce metrics, attrition, and performance trends.
* Contribute to talent identification, succession planning, and employee development programs for the retail workforce.

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5 7 years of HR or P&O experience, including at least 2 3 years within the retail or FMCG industry.
* Strong understanding of UAE labor law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
* Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site frontline teams.
* Skilled in workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Arabic fluency is mandatory; English fluency required.
* Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
* Ability to handle high-volume operational environments with agility and focus.
