People Performance Manager HR

We are seeking an experienced People Performance Manager HR to design, implement, and manage performance management systems across the organization. The role will focus on KPIs, appraisals, productivity analysis, and performance improvement initiatives in line with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and manage company-wide performance management systems
  • Develop KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics for all departments
  • Lead annual and periodic performance appraisal cycles
  • Monitor employee productivity and departmental performance
  • Analyze performance data, trends, and gaps
  • Prepare MIS reports and presentations for management
  • Drive performance improvement and corrective action plans
  • Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Business Heads
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and performance standards
  • Maintain accurate performance documentation and records
  • Coordinate external training programs, workshops, and certifications for employees.
  • Implement e-learning initiatives and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements.
  • Develop career progression and succession planning frameworks.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align training programs with business objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in performance management or HR analytics
  • Strong knowledge of KPIs, appraisals, and performance reporting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
