Sierra-Cedar is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HR, Benefits Administration, and Payroll Lead Consultant to join our robust consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have proven support PeopleSoft project experience, independently supporting PeopleSoft HR, Benefits Administration, and Payroll. As a key member of our talented team, you will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and consultants to support PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead functional expert across designated PeopleSoft modules while driving system design, business process analysis, conversion activities, stakeholder collaboration, testing, and ongoing support
• Identify functionality gaps and build extensions for them
• Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
• Configure the applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions
• Assist clients in preparing validation scripts and testing scenarios, and developing test scripts
• Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to production
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years’ PeopleSoft experience
• PeopleSoft 9.2 experience
• Understanding of functional and technical aspects of the PeopleSoft application
• Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating functional/technical problems in a production support environment
• Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, and Payroll
• Provide functional expertise to the client for any of the modules listed
• Work with the client to clean up data issues in any of the modules listed
• Execute unit test or facilitate user acceptance testing for application enhancements and patching or upgrades
• Commercial/Healthcare experience is preferred
• Bachelor's degree is required at a minimum
• Hold meetings on camera on a daily basis, and travel to client sites as needed during project milestones
• Must already be living in the US
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• All work to be performed in the US
