SERVICE TERRITORY

You’ll have opportunities to pick up on-call and regular shifts in:
La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Clairemont, Mira Mesa, Sorrento Valley, Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Encinitas, and Cardiff.

SHIFT LENGTHS AVAILABLE

We offer a wide variety of shifts, including:
2-hour, 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
(AM, PM, and NOC options)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, transfers)
• Offer companionship & emotional support
• Assist with housekeeping, errands & meal preparation
• Follow client care plans
• Communicate client condition changes to the RN team
• Travel to various shift assignments within our service area

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Daytime, afternoon/evening, or NOC on-call availability
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• CPR certification & TB test
• Driver’s license + reliable vehicle
• Registered with the California's HCA Registry (we can help!)
• Dependability and willingness to cover last-minute shifts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients of all ages—including children and individuals with disabilities or developmental needs
• Experience supporting complex cases, including acute or chronic conditions (preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
