Per Diem-Pediatrics-Physician Assistant PA or NP

Bailony Pediatrics is looking to hire a per diem pediatric provider to cover shifts for our pediatrician who will be going out on medical leave during June 2026 as well as for vacation coverage. Schedule can be morning shifts or full day shifts (830 to 5pm)

Spanish speaking is strongly preferred. Scheduling will be flexible.

Qualifications:

- Graduation from an accredited School of Nurse Practitioner or PA program.

- Registered license in the State of California as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

- Superior interpersonal skills. Effective oral and written communication skills: Demonstrates compassion and friendliness to patients and families.

- Efficient with excellent organizational skills. Able to communicate in English/Spanish preferred.

- Experience in a medical clinic- Pediatrics primary care preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Professional behavior is demonstrated always, both when on duty and as a representative of the Medical Practice outside of normal work hours.

- A positive working relationship and respectful to all facility staff. Treats patients and families with respect and dignity.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests (i.e. laboratory work)

- Provides well child care; and pediatric referrals to specialty clinics. Please email us with your resume and specifications.
