Performance & Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst (Real Estate)

One Development , a leading real estate developer based in Dubai, is seeking a Performance & Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to join our growing team at the holding level .

About the Role

This role is focused on monitoring KPI performance and the overall operational efficiency of our subsidiaries across the group. You will be responsible for preparing executive-level performance reports and dashboards using Power BI , with regular presentations delivered to the Chairman and senior leadership . Arabic fluency and experience in the real estate sector are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance across subsidiaries.
• Prepare detailed monthly and ad-hoc performance reports for the Chairman.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide insights into operational and financial performance.
• Work closely with finance, operations, and executive teams to gather and validate key data inputs.
• Identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement using data-driven insights.
• Ensure data integrity and standardization across reporting systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance reporting, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Experience in real estate industry is mandatory – ideally within a developer or holding group.
• Proven expertise in Power BI – dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization.
• Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of business performance metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required .
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
