Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance & Growth Marketing Lead to establish and scale our growth engine. This role is highly hands-on at the start, focusing on performance marketing, funnel optimization, and analytics. Over time, the Lead will grow into a team-building role, training and mentoring junior marketers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead the performance and growth marketing strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Build and manage paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok), optimizing CAC and ROI.
  • Set up dashboards and reporting systems to track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, funnel conversion).
  • Implement and optimize Conversion API (CAPI) integrations and ensure accurate event tracking.
  • Manage MMP tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar) to measure, attribute, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Launch and manage growth experiments : A/B tests, referral programs, onboarding improvements, lifecycle campaigns (email, push).
  • Diversify acquisition channels beyond paid ads (SEO, partnerships, organic social).
  • Collaborate with product, content, and sales to align growth with overall business goals.
  • Recruit and mentor junior team members/interns as the function expands.


Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or digital marketing (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce).
  • Proven track record in scaling acquisition and improving ROI.
  • Strong analytical background; fluent with GA4, Looker Studio, Mixpanel/Amplitude.
  • Hands-on experience with CAPI tools (Meta CAPI, Google Enhanced Conversions) and MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch).
  • Experience with lifecycle marketing tools (email automation, CRM).
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to build processes from scratch.
