About the Role:
We're looking for a Performance Management Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s performance management framework — including KPI design, performance evaluation processes, and the full development of a training and development plan. This role will also be key in driving a performance-based culture aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive
performance management system
, including performance review cycles and appraisal tools.

Develop and manage
KPI frameworks
for departments and individual roles, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Work closely with department heads to define and monitor role-specific KPIs.

Lead the creation and implementation of a
training and development plan from scratch
to support employee growth and performance improvement.

Provide performance data analysis and reports to senior leadership.

Train managers and employees on performance tools, processes, and expectations.

Continuously improve performance management processes based on feedback and organizational needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience
in performance management or HR development.

Demonstrated experience in
KPI creation and performance system implementation

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or performance management systems is an advantage.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) is a plus.
