Performance Management Specialist

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Work closely with department heads to align KPIs with strategic business goals.
  • Conduct PMS cycles (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisals) effectively and on time.
  • Deliver training sessions for employees and managers on PMS tools and processes.
  • Analyze performance trends, generate reports, and suggest improvement plans.
  • Ensure fair and transparent performance evaluations across all departments.
  • Support succession planning, promotions, and employee development through performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Performance Management or HR strategy.
  • Familiarity with PMS frameworks like OKRs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
