Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Talent and HR Operations Specialist
with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Lahore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to deepen their expertise in recruitment and HR operations, contribute to people strategies, and support day-to-day HR processes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to build strong talent pipelines, deliver data-driven insights, and help create an engaging employee experience aligned with our business goals.
The Talent & HR Operations Specialist will report to the Director of People Operations.
What will you be doing?

Understanding the business model at depth – getting to know and understand how the business operates, how it creates value, its strategic drivers and its purpose.

Effectively develop & implement People plans, which align with the overall People Strategy and the relevant Business strategy which this role supports.

Develop and execute recruiting plans
-
Review and coordinate candidate applications conducts phone interviews/ screenings as needed, refer candidates to hiring managers, and participate in applicant interviews as needed

Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees
-
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
-
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills.

Design, maintain, and analyze recruitment dashboards to track hiring metrics, funnel effectiveness, and time-to-hire trends.

Conduct salary benchmarking to support competitive compensation decisions and maintain market alignment.
What are we looking for?

Bachelors or Masters degree
-
At least 3 years of human resource management experience preferred.

A good listener of a team member’s concerns and is being empathetic. Goes the extra mile to resolve issues.

Familiar with modern tools, knows recent industry trends

Willing to get their hands dirty and dive into solving a problem, instead of delegating.
