Job Title: Performance Management Specialist
Location: Gulberg, Lahore (Back Office)
Salary: PKR 90,000 – 100,000
Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Management Specialist for our Lahore Back Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee performance systems, monitoring KPIs, and supporting management in improving overall organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs.
Monitor employee performance and prepare performance evaluation reports.
Coordinate quarterly and annual performance appraisals.
Work closely with department heads to set performance targets.
Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
Maintain performance management records and documentation.
Support HR in employee development and performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Performance Management / HR Operations.
Strong knowledge of KPI development and appraisal systems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/ERP systems preferred.
