Performance Management Specialist

Job Overview:
The Performance Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the performance evaluation process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and supporting employee development. This role involves managing performance reviews, providing coaching, and analyzing performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance evaluation process, including goal setting and feedback.
  • Collaborate with managers to support employee development and address performance issues.
  • Develop and deliver training on performance management best practices.
  • Analyze performance data and report on trends to leadership.
  • Continuously improve performance management processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in performance management or HR.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and coaching skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and performance management systems.
