About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Manager to join our HR leadership team at VIDIZMO. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building and sustaining a performance-driven culture that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives. This role focuses on developing transparent evaluation systems, fostering professional growth through coaching, and ensuring that every employee’s contribution directly supports VIDIZMO’s strategic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a structured performance management framework that translates company goals into measurable departmental and individual KPIs.
  • Align all team objectives with VIDIZMO’s mission, vision, and quarterly business targets.
  • Conduct quarterly and annual performance evaluations, leveraging data-driven insights and feedback tools.
  • Collaborate with managers to review employee progress, identify challenges, and support growth opportunities.
  • Partner with department heads and coaches to mentor underperformers and nurture top talent.
  • Identify learning gaps and recommend targeted training and development programs.
  • Track and analyze performance data through platforms like HubSpot, Jibble, BambooHR and internal dashboards to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Present performance reports and insights to leadership, supporting reward, recognition, and corrective action initiatives.
  • Work with HR and Finance to align performance outcomes with compensation and bonus structures.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in performance management, HRBP, HR leadership, or organizational development—preferably within a technology or SaaS-based environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in performance tracking tools (HubSpot, Jibble, BambooHR, etc.)
    • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
    • Ability to design and execute KPI frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership presence with an empathetic yet results-oriented approach.
    • Ability to drive cultural transformation and inspire ownership across teams.
  • Minimum Age: 40 years.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Certifications in performance management, HR analytics, or leadership development.
  • Experience in building or optimizing performance frameworks in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven HR analytics tools or digital engagement platforms.

Essential Skills:

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency. An ownership mindset and the ability to drive outcomes with minimal task-level direction are essential.
