This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lahore. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, managing compensation and benefits, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management

Knowledge of labour laws and compliance

Skills in training and development, and managing compensation and benefits

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to foster a positive work environment and handle confidential information

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field

1. Talent acquisition; identify the right staff (Sales Staff, Business Development Managers, Assistant Store Manager and Operations Manager), keeping in view the present retail market (salaries, benefits, etc.) to achieve employee retention.

2. Develop HR policies, i.e. Attendance, Grooming, benefits, loyalty, penalty and control.

3. Employee’s Training and development.

4. Employee’s Engagement.

5. Development of KPI’s and incentives. Periodic monitoring and control of KPI’s for continuous improvements.

6. Linking KPI’s with the overall growth strategy of the organization
