To manage, formulate, and execute Nadec's transformational projects in Strategy, measuring and tracking project progress, resolving issues, minimizing risks, and improving project performance in collaboration with relevant external and internal stakeholders, to ensure meeting business owner's expectations and successful delivery of Nadec’s Strategy.
Core Accountabilities

Implement the corporate performance management framework aligned with NADEC guidelines to monitor financial, operational, and strategic KPIs.

Develop and maintain an integrated performance ecosystem that drives cross-sector value creation and supports organizational goals.

Translate corporate strategy into measurable KPIs aligned with strategic goals and operational business plans.

Build value creation and profitability simulation models with Finance to assess product/service performance scenarios.

Cascade executive-level scorecards into actionable KPIs across departments to drive accountability.

Collaborate with organization leaders to define and validate KPIs aligned with scorecard priorities.

Design dashboards and visualization tools that provide real-time business unit performance insights.

Prepare annual performance calculations and consolidated sector reports for executive review.

Establish a centralized performance reporting structure to ensure timely, standardized reporting across all units.

Conduct periodic performance reviews with functional heads, identifying progress, gaps, and strategic drift.

Facilitate company-wide performance review cycles and identify improvement opportunities.

Analyze diverse performance data sets to generate insights that support corporate decision-making.

Present structured performance results to leadership and propose required corrective actions.

Monitor execution of agreed corrective actions with business owners to ensure full resolution of gaps.

Provide customer and segment-level performance insights to the Commercial sector and support commission model design with HR and Finance.

Manage the development and implementation of the Engineering policies, systems, processes and procedures, identifying potential areas for improvement, to ensure efficient and effective operation.

Compliance Adherance: Ensure Employees understand and follow Nadec’s compliance policies and legal obligations, act with integrity, report any violations, participate in training, and support audits or investigations to ensure ethical and compliant operations.
Change Management

Motivate the employees and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering best practices.
Ensure that all departmental reports and statements are completed timely and comply with local and international principles of governance and the organization's policies and standards.
Manager - Corporate Performance (Strategy) will be located in Nadec Head Office and will travel to other Nadec locations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Education and Certifications

Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering/business administration or relevant field, preferably with a master’s degree in MBA or relevant qualification.

PMP / PRINCE II certification is desired.
Experience:
-
5-7 years of relevant experience in Project management & planning
-
Relevant experience shall be based on project management requirements.
Skills:

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in green houses\plants\seeds\vegetables market.
