As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with a strong grip on Google’s latest tools and performance marketing strategies to join our team.

Role Overview

The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across multiple digital channels, with a strong focus on Google Ads, Analytics, and emerging tools. The role requires a results-oriented individual who can maximize ROI, generate qualified leads, and support the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
  • Utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other new Google tools for performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine campaigns.
  • Create and monitor performance dashboards and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google updates, AI-driven marketing tools, and digital marketing trends.
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve maximum impact within allocated resources.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Hands-on experience with other digital platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube).
  • Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Data Studio).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Google Analytics is a plus.
