Performance Marketer

Job Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, and a passion for improving ROI and scaling growth.

Key Responsibilities : Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
• Launch Search, Display, Shopping, and Social Media ad campaigns.
• Conduct audience research and targeting strategies.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
• Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Manage bidding strategies and budget allocation.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track conversions and campaign performance using Google Analytics and tracking tools.
• Generate performance reports and actionable insights.
• Identify trends and growth opportunities.

Audience Targeting & Retargeting

• Build custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
• Improve conversion rates through retargeting strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work with creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
• Align campaigns with client/business goals.
• Suggest growth strategies based on data insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of CPC, CPA, CPL, CPM, and ROAS metrics.
• Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and pixels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO.
• Knowledge of attribution models and marketing funnels.
• Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred).
