Performance Marketer (Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram)

We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns exclusively on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing high-converting campaigns focused on lead generation and sales growth. You will handle audience research, campaign structure, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to achieve strong ROAS and lower CPA. The role requires hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Pixel setup, conversion tracking, retargeting strategies, and funnel optimization. Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and the ability to continuously test and scale winning creatives are essential.
