Nutrifactor Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketer to strengthen our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, and other channels) with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage organic and paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other performance channels
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to maximize reach and relevance
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms
  • Ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall business goals, coordinating with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and e-commerce)

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or performance marketing)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Hands-on experience in running campaigns for eCommerce brands
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable strategies
