Role Summary
Dangura Digital is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer who can own, scale, and optimize high-budget digital performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
This role is NOT for execution-only candidates. You will be responsible for strategy, spend control, performance outcomes, analytics, and revenue impact for enterprise and fast-scaling brands.
You will directly influence client profitability, agency credibility, and growth velocity.
Key Responsibilities1. Media Buying & Budget Ownership
- Manage ₹1–3 Crore monthly ad spends across:
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Optional: LinkedIn, Snapchat, Programmatic
- Allocate budgets intelligently based on funnel stage, audience intent & ROAS
- Ensure zero budget leakage, waste, or unmanaged scaling
2. Funnel Strategy & Conversion Optimization
- Design and optimize full-funnel performance systems:
- Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Retention
- Work closely with:
- Creative Team (Hooks, UGC, Ad Angles)
- Landing Page Team (CRO, UX, Page Speed)
- Continuously test:
- Creatives
- Audiences
- Placements
- Offers
- Landing page variations
3. Performance Metrics Ownership
You are directly accountable for:
- CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
- CPA / CPL
- Conversion Rates
- LTV vs CAC
- Scaling efficiency
If numbers fall, you diagnose and fix-not escalate excuses.
4. Advanced Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage:
- Meta Pixel
- GA4
- Google Tag ManagerConversion APIs (CAPI)
- Create deep-dive performance reports, not vanity dashboards
- Identify insights from:
- Cohort analysis
- Attribution models
- Funnel drop-offs
- Forecast performance based on data trends
5. Platform & Algorithm Mastery
- Stay updated with:
- Meta algorithm changes
- Google Ads automation & bidding strategies
- New ad formats & betas
- Leverage:
- Advantage+ campaigns
- Performance MaxAI-assisted targeting & bidding
- Know when to automate and when to override
6. Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Participate in strategy calls with enterprise clients
- Explain performance using numbers, logic & clarity
- Build trust through predictable results, not promises
- Align client expectations with performance realities
7. Team Leadership & Process Discipline
- Guide junior performance executives
- Create SOPs for:
- Campaign setup
- Scaling frameworks
- Testing protocols
- Ensure performance hygiene across all accounts
- Act as a mini-P&L owner for assigned accounts
Required Skills & ExpertiseMust-Have
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proven experience handling ₹50L+ monthly budgets (₹1Cr+ preferred)
- Strong command over:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads Manager
- GA4
- Funnel thinking mindset (not just ad running)
- Strong numerical & analytical ability
Good to Have
- Experience with:
- D2C / Lead-Gen / SaaS / Real Estate / Enterprise Brands
- CRO tools knowledge (Hotjar, VWO, etc.)
- Basic SQL / Looker Studio reporting
- Experience scaling brands from ₹10L → ₹1Cr+ monthly spends

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
