Performance Marketing

CBA is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, optimizing campaign performance, and scaling ROI-positive channels across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more. This is a key role in accelerating the growth of our fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Monitor key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and continuously improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to align performance strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to improve ad effectiveness and user engagement
  • Manage budgets efficiently while maximizing ROI
  • Analyze funnel data, user behavior, and attribution to identify opportunities
  • Create performance reports and dashboards to share results and insights with leadership

Requirements:

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, app marketing, or tech

Lead Generation Experience required .

  • Proven success in scaling paid campaigns and improving performance metrics
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and attribution tools
  • Strong grasp of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase)
  • Ability to manage budgets and performance targets independently
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and analytical skills
