Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid media platforms, analytics tools, and data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to refine ad strategies.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and ensure maximum performance within allocated spends.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, and conversions.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing campaigns with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
