We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to work closely with leadership to drive holistic growth across all channels — our D2C website, key marketplaces (Nykaa, Amazon, Blinkit, Myntra, Tira etc.), and growth marketing levers (performance, CRM, retention, insights). This role is ideal for someone who is highly numbers-driven, analytical, and entrepreneurial with a deep interest in scaling a modern beauty brand.
What You’ll Do
1. Growth Ownership
- Work with leadership to deliver revenue and growth targets across D2C, marketplaces, and other sales channels.
- Drive full-funnel growth: awareness → traffic → conversion → repeat purchase → LTV.
- Identify and execute quick wins as well as long-term growth experiments.
2. D2C Website Performance
- Monitor and improve website funnel metrics: traffic, conversion, cart abandonment, AOV, repeat.
- Partner with marketing to test landing pages, offers, content, and retention journeys.
- Optimize CRM (emails, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty) for engagement and repeat sales.
3. Marketplace Management
- Support marketplace strategy: listings, campaigns, pricing, promotions, and sales optimization.
- Coordinate with account managers and marketplace teams at Nykaa, Amazon, etc/ and internally to drive visibility and sales.
- Track performance during key sale events and ensure flawless execution of launches.
4. Marketing & Performance Insights
- Ensure strong ROAS, efficient CAC, and traffic growth.
- Build and monitor dashboards across campaigns, cohorts, and channel performance.
- Spot patterns, identify what’s working, and double down on winning strategies.
- Be heavily involved in creative conceptualisation for new ad strategies, assist in strategizing to create winning ads with high ROAS
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and product teams to align growth initiatives.
- Ensure inventory, supply, and campaigns are in sync for smooth customer experience.
- Play a central role in new product launch planning & execution across all channels.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in growth / performance marketing / e-commerce / analytics (beauty, D2C, or FMCG preferred).
- Strong analytical skills: Excel/Google Sheets wizardry, comfort with GA, Shopify, marketplace dashboards.
- Understanding of growth levers across paid ads, CRM, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Numbers-driven mindset with a bias for execution.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills — can work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
